Cross-Channel Paid Media Performance Dashboard
Overview
Designed a unified performance analytics dashboard to monitor and compare paid media campaigns across Bing and Facebook platforms. The goal was to centralize KPIs and enable real-time optimization decisions.
Business Problem
Marketing data was fragmented across platforms, making it difficult to:

- Identify top-performing campaigns

Solution
Built interactive dashboards in AWS QuickSight integrating:

- Ad Spend Trends
- Device-level performance
- Demographic segmentation (Age & Gender)
- Geographic click distribution
Implemented drill-down capabilities for campaign and ad-group level analysis.
