Cross-Channel Paid Media Performance Dashboard

Overview

Designed a unified performance analytics dashboard to monitor and compare paid media campaigns across Bing and Facebook platforms. The goal was to centralize KPIs and enable real-time optimization decisions.


Business Problem

Marketing data was fragmented across platforms, making it difficult to:

  • Compare channel performance
  • Identify top-performing campaigns
  • Track cost efficiency
  • Monitor conversion trends
  • Analyze demographic impact

Stakeholders lacked a centralized decision-making dashboard.


Solution

Built interactive dashboards in AWS QuickSight integrating:

  • Impressions, Clicks, CTR
  • Conversions & Conversion Rate
  • CPC, CPM, Cost per Conversion
  • Ad Spend Trends
  • Device-level performance
  • Demographic segmentation (Age & Gender)
  • Geographic click distribution

Implemented drill-down capabilities for campaign and ad-group level analysis.
